we guarantee product integrity by maintaining a strict cold chain from catch to final delivery. Every step is designed to preserve natural freshness, flavor, and texture.
1. Small Boats – Icebox with Ice Flakes
All small boats are equipped with iceboxes stocked with ice flakes, allowing fish to be preserved immediately after catch. This slows spoilage, maintains natural freshness, and ensures the catch arrives in excellent condition for processing.
2. Vessel Cold Rooms
Larger vessels are fitted with ultra-low temperature cold rooms operating at –40°C, which freeze bulk harvests within hours of catch.
3. On-Site Cold Storage
After landing, seafood is transferred directly to our processing facility, where freezing and chilled rooms stabilize product temperature and safeguard quality before packing.
4. Temperature-Controlled Handling
Every stage of grading, filleting, packing, and storage is handled under controlled cold conditions, minimizing fluctuations and preserving natural taste and texture.
5. Refrigerated Transport
Our reefer trucks deliver seafood to local markets, export hubs, and airports under consistent cold conditions, reducing risk and ensuring timely delivery.
